A Horrible Dream - Tan Wei Shawn (6M/2011)

Ahmad is my best friend. He is a very good bicycle rider although he is not good in his study.

One sunny day, I went cycling with Ahmad. We rode our bicycles in a park behind my house. When we were cycling happily, we heard someone screaming loudly for help. We quickly headed towards that direction. When we reached the scene, we saw a man snatching a woman’s handbag. He was a 6-foot tall man. He had long hair and wore a pair of sunglasses. Suddenly the thief pointed a knife at the woman’s neck. Without any hesitation, Ahmad and I quickly ran towards the thief, trying to help the woman. The thief immediately turned around and attacked us.

My body was shivering and my legs could not move at all. I was so scared and cried out for help. Suddenly, I heard my parents’ voice. When I woke up, I saw my parents beside me. It was only a bad dream.
